By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these T&C, which may be updated from time to time by Comfort Corner without notice to you. You are responsible for reviewing these T&C periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these T&C.

(c) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Comfort Cornerstaff, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

(d) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

(e) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

(f) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or

(g) engage in any conduct that, in Comfort Corner's sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the App.

 

CHATTING AND FEED FEATURES

The App includes a chatting feature and a feed feature, which are intended to facilitate communication and sharing among users. You acknowledge that Comfort Corner has no control over the content posted by users and that Comfort Corner is not responsible for any such content. You agree to use the chatting and feed features at your own risk and to take reasonable precautions to protect yourself from any harmful content or actions.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are owned by or licensed to [Your Company Name] and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any such content without the prior written consent of Comfort Corner
